New twin tub mni portable
Arrived in just a few days & was taken upstairs for me, very easy to set up & extremely easy to use, wash cycles lasts up to 15 mins, if you need a longer wash just repeat the time or add what ever mins you need & the wash will start up again until timer runs out, it washes really really well & got my clothes up good, I used hot tap water & liquid soap like DAz etc, but any liquid soap would do, I reccomend using the liquids instead of the powers as that should help it keep clean & clear, powers can build up & clog machines, Also be aware that the pipe supplied with the machine might not fit your tap, but it's very easy to buy one that will, or just fill a big container & tip it in, I also used a mixture of hot & cold water, tho the water was quite warm it worked well for me..The spinner is great it spins very well & gets out the water so it's ready to peg out, or put on clothes horse, with this weather the UK is having right now (heatwave) cloths dry very fast, especially thin materials, I would be careful on how you load the spinner as if it's uneven it really will rock & make a huge noise, but balanced washing not overloaded it spins with no rock & much quieter... In all I'm very happy with my purchase so far it's been Brilliant, & I think would be great for students, single people , or caravans or even if you havnt room for a full size machine, just be aware if you do want to use it & have a big family then obviously you are going to have to do more washes cos of the size of the drum & spinner, or if clothes are really really dirty it will take several washes to get clean as the longest wash cycle is 15mins, this is my opinion & not fact.... But for me it's just perfect & washes & spins very very well... I'd give 10 stars if I could...

Not all it’s cracked up to be
Don’t believe everything you read in the reviews. I did and found out the hard way that this unit isn’t as user friendly as you’re lead to believe. The instructions are rubbish and when I emailed the company for help ... nothing well a week later and I’m still waiting. I sort of worked out how to use the u it by going on line and finding a similar American unit. This unit needs to be stood on a draining board or near a bath so that the water can drain away and ideally have access to a shower to fill and rinse other than that it works OK 😂

Great Machine
excellent little machine, i live in a static home ( caravan on a brick base), i have mobility problems and am finding it harder and harder to get to my washing facilities that are stored in a shed not to far away but still to get there i have to walk down me 3 steps and along a path. this machine now sits on my unit next to my sink. it takes my clothes well the only drawback is the load the spinner takes, you cant put the wash load into the spinner as the spinner is only half the size of the washer, but thats not a problem for me as i just pull it out an put it on my draining board. im so pleased with this ....thank you

Better than going to the launderette...
I wish I still had an automatic washing machine, but since I don’t, this portable is preferable to going to the launderette. Watch lots of YouTube tutorials on the use of similar portable twintubs to smoothen the process. It’s an involved undertaking and to be frank, ends up being as much work as schlepping your laundry to and from the launderette. But ultimately I prefer manually filling the machine, draining it, transferring the clothes etc to having to hoard coins and wait for machines at the launderette (not to mention lack of privacy/hygiene). I have placed my machine on the draining board of my kitchen sink, it drains well into the sink and I can even fill the machine from the tap via the supplied hose (though the quality of the hose is not great, as others have mentioned). My machine works as expected, though when it washes there is a metallic clanging sound I suspect is not meant to be there. But the clothes come out fine. The spinner is good, though it’s an art to ensure the load is balanced, else your machine will wander about. All in all, I recommend it for singles/households that don’t produce that much laundry.

small twin tube washing machine
Excellent, provided promptly and well packaged. This was bought for use at our caravan, but could be used in any small space e.g. flat, small bedsit, tent etc. it is simple to use and works very well, although max 15 minute cycles. it is still ideal for anyone with limited space. would recommend to anybody.

Poor quality
Poor quality, first time used had a small machine screw came out from drain tube then noticed a spiral of plastic swarf in area below spin dryer and as for the instructions manual, forget it ,its worse than useless, you have to figure it out yourself.

Two washes a week is too much.
I have purchased two of these machines. Both broke within six months. In both cases the washer engine burnt out. In the second case I made sure never to fill the machine to capacity. In correspondence I explained that on average I do about two washes every week (one white one dark). This involves for one wash: filling the machine washing, draining and spinning, then refilling to rinse, draining and spinning. In an email exchange I was told that "the machine is not really designed for that many washes and spins in one go the motor is very small compared to a household washing machine."

Perfect
Been using this a few months now and find it to be excellent quality and washes the clothes well. The spin dryer gets the washing almost dry so can’t fault it’s use
