This pan is not good. A simple egg also sticks to this pan. We have to scratch the pan for removing the egg. Imagine what will it will be for other items. Very bad pan.

It's a lovely heavy bottom pan. Bought this along with the Kadai. Really impressed with the quality. Another family member has had it for a few months and cook in it everyday. Still in top tier condition. As long as you use the correct technique the pan is almost non stick. Because the pans get so hot you can get a really good sear. All in all its great.

The pan stained in the first use and doesn’t get back to original color after scrubbing with soap and steel scrub. Also, the steel color diminished after the first use. While unboxing, it felt like good quality pan. But I am not so happy with it after using it for a week. The size is small, but I wanted just this size.
