It’s working to me.

First, these capsules are smaller sized so theyre very easy to swallow. I can take both at once. (2 is one serving). Now, the ingredients. Love how much Biotin is in these. Most supplements have very little Biotin and just alot of Vitamin B. So this is great. This is the first time Ive taken a supplement with Keratin in it and so far no side effects and seems to digest very well. I have noticed my nails are growing extremely fast and my skin seems to feel plumper so I do like them. The price point is also decent so I will probably re-up when these are gone!

For some reason, I've suffered with very flimsy, slow-growing fingernails my whole life. I noticed a difference in my nails within 2 weeks of using this product. My nails are much stronger and seem to be growing at a quicker rate. In addition, my hair seems to be shedding much less than it used to in the shower which may be attributed to this supplement as well.

This is a great supplement my wife is going to continue using for her hair and nails when she runs out. This is a one month supply with 60 capsules in it. They are easy to swallow and came well sealed. They have keratin, zinc, and biotin in them. She does think they are working very well in strengthening her nails and her hair. They are also dairy and gluten free and not costly. Glad to have found these!

I've just gone through a whole bottle, which is a 30 day supply. I think my hair is growing a touch faster than when I don't take any kind of hair supplements - my gauge is how often I need to touch up my roots. So, I think I can vouch that these are working!

I definitely notice a difference in my nails' strength and flexibility when I'm taking a biotin & keratin supplement, so I was excited to try this since it also adds in a few other beneficial ingredients. I'm actually only taking one per day since my multivitamin also has biotin, but these are small and easy to swallow, and caused no side effects or weird aftertastes I have noticed. The bottle is a lot larger than it needs to be for this quantity, but I assume that it's a standard bottle across the brand, and doubling or tripling the quantity to fill it would raise the price substantially. Overall, the price is very right (especially if you halve the daily dosage) and I'm pleased to add this to my supplement lineup.
