Love the patterns and quality

They feel kind of funny, but I do like them

I bought these a year and a half ago and, after washing and wearing each pair approximately once a week, they have proven to be very durable and breathable. I work in an environment that has me standing on my feet and walking around quite a lot, but so far only 2 socks out of 12 have worn thin -- one half-dollar sized hole in the ball of one sock, and two small holes that merged to be about the size of a dime around the instep of another sock. Other than that, they look just as good as when I bought them, no color fading or fabric pilling or anything like that. And as far as "rainbow" socks go, I haven't seen a better value for the amount of pairs you get anywhere. I also like that the colors are only on the leg/ankle of the sock -- meaning that even if my work pants are hiked up from the way I'm sitting or something and part of the sock is visible between the pants and my shoes, I still fit the ol' banal, professional dress code as far as anyone else can tell! ;) My only complaint is that 2 of the pairs have an unappealing color scheme (the 6th and especially 4th ones in the image, numbering from left to right), but maybe that's just my personal taste -- and it's not enough of an issue to dock it a star. Besides, variety underwear packs are much the same way in my experience, so I just take the bad with the good and only wear those socks when all the other ones are dirty, ha. tl;dr: Pros - breathable, very durable, cost-effective, why is it so hard to find frakkin' COLORS in male-coded clothing?! idk, but these are a welcome exception! Cons - 2 of the color palettes are ugly; if #4 and #6 were replaced with a second pair of socks #3 and #5, I'd never buy any other sock packs again!

The only negative is something that you find on a lot of less expensive patterned socks. The threads are not continuous so each diamond of color is edged with lose threads on the inside of the sock. If they stay that is not really a problem, but some are already pulling through on the surface of the sock. You can trim them, but those threads will eventually make the sock look bad and cause holes. I have no idea how long the, so bad you have to dump them, is going to take so only a minus 1 star. On the other hand, the colors are great, they are very high count of cotton, comfortable, and very inexpensive. If they last a year or more I would be happy with them.

These are great! My young adult son is autistic and loves to have clothes get get noticed. But these socks are also good for because the sole is black and clearly the bottom so it’s easier for him to get the socks on by himself.

My spouse loves argyle socks and these socks have held up well. The fit is comfortable and the fun colors are an added bonus.

Definitely fun socks.
