Take them consistently
It is an excellent bone builder. I used these pills 3 months because I had fractured m ankle 3x within 4 months. My bones became very strong. I am still taking both pills and it has been 4 yrs since I have been any bones. I highly recommend them. Thank you Christine Holland

Taking Algaecal made my blood pressure go way up Had to stop taking it. I discovered because of my age over 80, I should not have taken it

If you are male, beware of the high levels of calcium due to relationship to prostate cancer.
This product shows promise for females in advanced years where the risk of bone fracture may outweigh potential side effects. However, men should be aware of the strong connection between high intake of calcium supplements and prostate cancer. Neither Amazon nor the company will accept returns or credits for this product, even when unopened.
