Works well. Good thickness. Easy to cut. Very good polarisation. I use them for examining the optical properties of minerals. Near totally black when crossed. I actually used them crossed to watch a partial solar eclipse and the intense brightness of the sun was reduced so much that you could watch it for a short time without problems.

I wanted to use this for one purpas that it will not work for (polarizing a projector). Even though its not strang enough for that, it is this durable and is a strong polerized sheet.

I cut the sheets into smaller portions so that the grandchildren would have a pair each. At first they think it is magic but then I explain that it is the nature of light and that reflected light, computer screens and the skylight are also polarised. An excellent teaching aid and an introduction to physics that is fun.

Good fun item and a nice way to see how light is affected by filtering for kids....and maybe even adults!

Took a bit longer than I though it would as it was an a4 sheet. Arrived in good condition and was exactly as described.
