So these have a fiberglass mesh and silicone coating on them that makes the Matt’s little firm .. they are thinner then the OME FROM harvest right . This thinner Matt I believes sends more heat though the Matt and helping improve dry time.. so these are great if you like reusable stuff . If you looking for the fastest dry time using only the tray be the best then second fastest is paper then these matts .. harvest right Matt’s tend to slow it really down do to its thickness . I believe harvest right might outlast them all but I’m sure these will last for years . If you don’t have silicone mats are looking to buy silicone mats then don’t think twice these are very well made and they fit like a glove in the trays . You might even get lucky like me and get 6 Matt’s for the price of three in my bundle I got they mess up on the count :)))) yaaa for me lol . So in return I’ll give them 5 stars.. Oh one thing these matts can stain on heavy acid type foods like tomato sauces , and some fruits like pronged berries but who cares longs as they clean nice and don’t hold any smell . White is hard to remain white.

Love these tray liners. They fit the Harvest Right medium trays well, things do not stick, and there has been no staining. We like these a lot better than the parchment paper sheets.

So much easier to wash spills away than when using the metal trays alone. Easily stored. Strong and durable. A little pricey but due to their quality and thickness, should last a lifetime and well worth the cost.

They fit fairly well, but the rounded corners mean that you have gaps where the tray tends to still come in contact with whatever you're drying. I thought it would matter less than it does but nearly half of my freeze dry runs wind up with me having to scrub the trays anyways. They're well built and stain resistant. They haven't held smells even when doing onions or raw liver. They're quick and easy to clean, and thin enough that the trays still heat up uniformly with little issue. They're pretty easy to pick up and dump products into bags, minimizing handling.
