I've been really impressed with the Amazon Elements supplement line, and this B12 is no exception. The fact that they use methylcobalamin instead of the cheaper cyanocobalamin form matters - it's the bioavailable form your body can actually use without conversion, which is especially important if you have the MTHFR mutation (I don't, personally, but may as well save my body the extra work anyway, you know?). It's actually pretty dang tasty (honestly better than the name-brand version I used to buy), and the price point is unbeatable for what you're getting. High-quality methylcobalamin B12 without paying premium prices. Will definitely repurchase.

I ordered without checking if it is sublingual. But it is still a good vitamin. Tastes like sweet tart candy to me. My blood work showed good results.

This dissolves slowly which is what I want. Gives a long time for the methylcobalamin to get absorbed while in the mouth, which is what should happen. There is no artificial sweetener flavor. My only minor complaint is that it leaves a chalky pink residue in my pill container.

I’ve been using the Amazon Elements Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin 5000 mcg for a couple of weeks now. While the taste is pleasant and easy to take, I honestly haven’t noticed any difference in my energy levels. I was hoping for a bit of a boost, but it feels like my energy is the same as before I started taking it. That said, it’s affordable, and I like that it’s made with clean ingredients. It might work better for others, but in my experience, it didn’t give me the energy lift I was expecting.
