Seem to be working well. I take them at night because they make me sleepy if I take them earlier. They are very small and easy to swallow and you get a ton for the price!

The active ingredient is nearly all that matters with medicine. So you can buy this instead of Zyrtec and get the same benefits as the name brand! This will let you save money and get the same experience you'd get from an "expensive" medicine. You can also get Claritin's active ingredient if you'd prefer. These are small pills, so they're easy to take. Flavorless and not too chalky so you don't get an immediate yucky taste (like aspirin). They work just as well as Zyrtec, so if Zyrtec works for you then this will too. Everyone is different. p.s; don't take these for sleeping, that's a dated suggestion. they might help you sleep by removing some bad symptoms but just like diphenhydramine, taking it to aid in sleep is a dated suggestion.

This antihistamine has worked wonderfully for me. The cetirizine starts working quickly and really does last 24 hours as promised. It helps a lot with sneezing, itching, and a stuffy nose, both indoors and outdoors. The bottle contains a good number of tablets, so it lasts a long time and is excellent value for money. It didn't make me extremely drowsy like other brands. Very practical and effective for those of us who suffer from allergies year-round.

I use this allergy medicine everyday, if I miss a day my ears itch terribly. I would definitely recommend.
