Product: Lite Brite Mini Touch Star Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ (5/5) This little button toy is a baby favorite! We just received this yesterday as a gift from grandpa. My baby loves it! She's really into pushing buttons right now, so this is perfect! I like that it's quiet so I can take it to church but still keeps her interest. It will also be perfect for the car. The toy actually has a game mode and a create mode, making it even more versatile. My older girls (8 and 11) liked playing with it too, so I think kids of differing ages would like this. One thing that should be noted is that it is smaller than I expected. This is actually a bonus for babies or toddlers, but could be disappointing for older kids. Pros & Cons: + Easy to push buttons + Interactive + Quiet +/- Smaller than expected (good for small hands, less interesting for bigger kids) Overall, I'd definitely recommend this toy for babies who like buttons and lights. The bigger size would also be fun for kids who like to create or play memory-type games.

As a kid, I always wanted a Lite-Brite but never got one. That’s one of the best parts of being a parent—you get to create those memories for your own kids. My daughter has barely put this down since she got it. She loves designing pictures and is especially obsessed with the little hidden game and animation features, which give it a fun modern twist on a classic toy. The colors are bright, the designs look great in a dark room, and it’s a nice mix of creativity and screen-free play. My only wish is that this version were a bit bigger, but I understand the larger one was a limited edition. Even so, this one is a winner in our house and a great gift for kids (and nostalgic parents).

This is such a great toy; the three modes make it more than one activity to hold attention longer, the light is very pretty and fun to look at, and the animations are neat. It's a nice size to fit in a purse or bookbag...great for airplane travel, which is what I originally got them for. The battery last a long time, too...I don't remember having to charge them after the very first charge, and you can save up to five creations. My children, ages 6 and 9 still play with these, and I got them about a year ago. When they have sports but not at the same time, it's a great way to entertain them while they wait. It's also way better than an iPad...not passive at all, you have to create, play, act and this toy does not affect their behavior negatively, like when they are on screens. And no little pegs to get lost like the old school Lite Brite. Really happy with these...they are a little pricey, but I think it's worth it.

This new lite bright touch is amazing! I purchased this for my six year old, yet I spend just as much time playing with it. There are games and animations. It is perfect for car rides and over stimulated children!

Purchased for the car/at church. I have a 4 and 6 yr old and they both love it! The "create your own" mode is fun and they silently design. The "animate" mode is a favorite for the 4yr old as he can just touch a button and it explodes color. Why I couldn't give it the full 5 stars?? It beeps! The animate mode and game mode have noise. There is no turning it down or off. That part gets annoying.

My kiddo wanted one of these for Christmas last year and I was a little wary that she wasn’t going to play with it and it would be just something else to shuffle around in her room. I’ll admit I was wrong! She loves to take this on the road or to her grandparents and still uses this regularly. It’s well made and pretty neat on how many options there are to create designs and make designs that can be automated. This is a great gift for a kid from 4 to 8 years old.

bigger than i expected but in a good way. colors are bright and vivid. enjoy that it has 3 different modes for play. the kids and adults both have fun with it. my 2 year old has throw it and dropped it and haven't broken it yet. i'll update on changes. only downside i would say is that it doesn't charge while plugged in, it's only a power supply.

This is a fantastic game! Bright and bold colors for an easy art and stem based activity. Perfect for little kids and travel.

Very suitable for age

I'm so happy this came back in stock and arrived in time for my son's birthday. It's been a huge hit for our 5yr old and his 8yr old brother. I love the simplicity of it while they get a kick out of the game-type features. The sound is not adjustable in volume but it's not grating. We love taking it on road trips and seeing what creative pictures they can make. It'd be an awesome gift!

This toy has been my kids and their cousins favorite toy for the past month! They take it everywhere with them. It takes a while to learn how to use it but once they figured it out they have been loving it!
