I love these headphones but more importantly the customer service is excellent. I have bought a lot of different headphones for my daughter over the last few years and they have all broken very quickly. I decided to take a risk and spend a bit more money on these and I don't regret it one bit, they have been excellent for over 18 months. In fact I bought a second blue pair for my son. They did however develop a fault this week so I contacted the company to see if they could help me out. The response I received went way beyond what I expected especially due to the fact they were out of warranty. Despite the headphones being out of warranty they ran through a couple of trouble shooting steps and when that didn't work they shipped me a new pair. I would highly recommend these headphones but more importantly the company seems to really value it's customers, I will be using this company whenever possible.

We've been really happy with these, the volume limiting factor is so important, typically we use the supplied cable and get an amazing sound, really happy with them. I would also like to highlight the amazing customer service, absolutely amazing, personal service when you need it, answer's questions and support issues, even issued a replacement super-quick, this company is absolutely super. Buy them, you won't regret it!

Good quality

Bought this in the thought they were noise cancelling for my daughter on the airplane. However the devils in the detail, these are noise reducing (not cancelling) purely by way of the over ear cup blocking out external noise as opposed to active monitoriand then filtering. My daughter preferred the whole over ear fit of these to the noise cancelling on ear version, but they didn’t filter cabin noise enough to help give sound clarity. Shame there can be a combination of both for the ultimate version from Puro.

Great device, built quality very good, volume limit functionality is working as it should be. My 7yo son is using for audible for hours; very comfy. In addition, customer service is very responsive. In case you need; they are there for you, punctual and prompt answers.

Very easy to setup and easy for my child to use my herself

I purchased these for a 2/3 year old - they are a tiny bit big for her, but everything else is 10/10 - they look pretty, the volume limiter is excellent, and I know she will get a lot of use from them

Very disappointed in these headphones purchased for my son, I get that hearing protection is a priority feature, but it shouldn't scarafice listening quality. Music sounds tinny and lacking in depth. Certainly not worth the price tag - I've tried £30 headphones that sound better than these. I have returned and replaced with some Sony ones at the same price.

Got this from my 8 year old, and she loves it! Very comfortable on the ears, noise canceling is amazing, and the battery life is the best i have ever experienced on a headphone. Design is beautiful, and it's also very light. Highly recommend it.
