This is great! I've always had some digestive issues and they became worse with age. Since I take these probiotics, my digestion feels like normal and most of the issues vanished. Very happy with it. 100% recommend.

It does pass the milk test - Boiled 2L milk and used 1 capsule tor make yogurt in a instant pot which provides the right temperture for bacteria to propogate - see video. (Most of the 30 bacteria listed on the bottle are lacto-bacculus) within 12 hours (overnight) had a thick yogurt which I Ieft to thicken further in the fridge. So these capsules definately contain billions of live, active bacteria. Just sticking a capsule in milk in a glass and saying it fails the milk test is not right. These tablets seem to be superior to the cheaper range of probiotics with the more (30 strains) diverse bacteria, a promised better delivery system past stomach acid, and a rare Butyric Acid producing gut strain of bacteria. Is taking probiotics worth it? - I think they are worth it, from experiance, after a course of antibiotics which wipe out a lot of gut bacteria - or even a gut infection (In fact I have had c.diff picked up from a hospital visit - a serious gut infection, and anything that will crowd out the bad bacteria repopulating like probiotics after antibiotics is worth taking!) But in the longer term, diet with plenty of fibre (vegtables not cooked to mush, nuts and fruit) is the best thing to create a good gut microbiome. The bottle had 60 tablets with a BBE date of June 2025 - So a bottle is good for over 18 months which is brillant.

These are very easy to swallow and I am sure that they will help with my gut health as I have quite a few things wrong. There are 60 tablets of a good variety of different probiotics in each tablet which make the price very reasonable

Important note to start, it is impossible to test for the reliability or viability of biotics such as this outside of a lab environment. Home tests such as the “milk test” have been widely discredited as inaccurate at determining the presence and viability of the bacteria present in these products. As a result, since I can’t test myself to ascertain the quality of the bacteria present, I take comfort in seeing the rigorous standards that this product has used in its construction as I am confident that the bacteria will have the best chance at being viable. This product contains the most complete selection of cultures that I have seen in a domestic product. They are also of a form that are more likely to reach the intestine which is where the bacteria are more likely to thrive and hence be more effective. The tablets themselves are of a slightly larger than average size, but comparable to other “one a day” acidophilus pills and so if you have used those then this will be no issue for you. The pills have no smell or taste and this helps with taking them. You only need to take one a day and so this supply will last for two months. In terms of effectiveness, it certainly works well and you get all the benefits of a standard biotic supplement. Worked well for me and I was very happy.
