Perfect for knocks, bruises (and on jaw after tooth extraction)
I bought 2 of these to use after a tooth extraction. They were a perfect size for my jaw (be sure to wrap in a tea towel or similar to prevent freeze burn). Always going to keep in the freezer for any knocks or bruises. Great value too. Lasts a good 30 mins held against injury site. Seems good quality. Very easy to use.

does the job
Bought these to go in my daughter lunch bag for school, they do the job and have extras for when needed for other things or if needed as a heat pack product looks and feels of good quality and has worked well so far as a cool pack haven't tried warm at this point so cant comment on that Delivered quickly however actual delivery experience was poor these were left next to my front door in s storm meaning they were no longer in a cardboard box but a cardboard sponge that was saturated and falling apart

Much better than the old bag of peas
Having used the Koolpak disposable cooling packs for sports related injuries, I trusted the name and the quality they represent. These are super - dropped into the freezer for 1-2 hours before use, they retain a gel-like consistency which makes wrapping it around the sprained ankle / knee / wherever so much easier. Every medicine cabinet should have one or two of these ready to go

Plastic seems cheap and can be sharp on corners
Gel retains cold well and is good consistency, Not sure about the material used to contain it tho, seems cheap compared to others, time will tell if seams hold

Exactly what I was looking for
This is an excellent product if you're looking exactly the same that I was: a cheap but good reusable cold pack. And what I meant by cheap is not only about the price. You see, nowadays the really good ones (and therefore more expensive one) are made with a sustenance that avoids the pack to be hot/cold for more than 20 minutes recommended by the doctors. Problem is when you don't think 20 minutes is enough, especially when you have to wait at least 2 hours to cool down again to be able to use it (for another 20 minutes). This pack, however, doesn't have this technology and that makes it perfect in my opinion. The plastic seems really strong so you don't have to fear leaks, and it freezes/gets hot really quick and easily. 5 stars from me! I'm also adding some pictures (one of them with a pen so you can see the dimensions, third one is how it looks frozen) to help you decide whether to purchase or not.

cheap and effective
i bought these because i had a nasty stye on my eye lid and the doctor advised me to put a hot compress on it 3 times a day. his suggestions was a paper towel in the microwave. obviously this was a bit useless so i came onto amazon and ordered these with next day delivery. i put one in the microwave for 20 seconds and then put a tea towel over it to rub the liquid around and ‘even out’ the hot spots. i then put it on my eye and it was very soothing. it holds the heat for around 10-15 mins. i put one pack in the microwave about 6 times (uses) but the plastic started to wrinkle and the texture changed. i then binned it and started using another. i put one in the freezer too and used it on a bruise. they are a nice size. good for the price. i would recommend :)
