I purchased this three years ago, as it was cheaper than the Schwalbe tyre It replaced, absolutely fantastic, not had a puncture since (just like the Schwalbe before it). If you cycle all year round, at night, in the dark, in the rain because you need your bicycle as a tool rather than as a weekend MAMIL (or FAMIL), then these tyres are simply what you need, I loved the similar in Schwalbe brand but tried this as it looked very similar for less money, If I needed another one I would purchase tomorrow, as for value well I have put mine on three years ago, I have no idea without looking, what I paid for it, but 3 years and only just starting to wear is value in my book all day long. I genuinely think this is a 10 to 15 year tyre like the Schwalbe was. The 99.9 percent freedom from punctures is so liberating.
