I was very relieved when i received this item. I had had to return a motherboard AND ram as i was building this computer so for a start, the fact that this works as intended is brilliant. It has a low-noise option which i make use of and a very good power efficiency, slightly above the 80plus rating, not that that matters a lot. The box is lovely, glossy printing and thick cardboard, which is a great bonus and helps it feel like a premium product. It has 2 cpu power cables and 3 PCIE ones which is more than a few others around this price point. The 12vHPWR, though not in use by me, has a yellow connector at both ends to make sure you plug it in fully and don't explode your lovely NVIDIA gpu. I will add that pcie 3.1 standard apparently doesn't have such issues, but as a 3.0 product it's a good way to alleviate it. Will rate 5 stars, no issues whatsoever unlike other products from ASUS AND CORSAIR AHEM... Anyway 5/5 does what it says on the tin and with great style, efficiency and price if you get it for £100-110

Great price on a Black Friday deal. Excellent build quality, runs cool and quiet. Comes with kettle (power) lead (a lot of PSU's don't). Very professional packaging, included is a nice storage bag for the cables you don't need. Of course it comes with all the cable you do, sleek and flat which makes cable management nice and easy. The 12V2x6 cable isn't flat, but its nicely braided and looks great. Amazing piece of kit, you can't go wrong!

The MSI MAG A850GL PCIe 5 is a great power supply for high end builds. Installation and cable management were easy thanks to the fully modular design and flat cables, and it keeps my system running smoothly with no power issues. It’s quiet during normal use and handles my 5070ti without any problems. Overall, a reliable and well-built PSU that gives great value for the price. Would definitely recommend!

I got this PSU because MSI is a brand I trust. I’ve used MSI parts for around 20 years and they have never let me down. I find the build quality is always great and well packaged so the items get to you un-damaged. Pros Great cable quality and everything you need for your builds. Silent switch on the PSU so if your PC is idle and the PSU is cool the fan will switch off. Nice design on the side of the PSU so if you have a case where you can see the PSU then you are not just looking at a black box. A choice of 12v GPU cables. Cons The SATA power cables are a bit too long for my build so I did have to tuck them in a bit more than I would have liked. Over all this PSU has been a great addition to my all MSI build and will deliver the power I need to run my PC and give me some headroom if I want to add more drives, upgrade my GPU or over clock my system. At £109.99 I personally feel it’s an amazing price and with a 10 year warranty over the 7 year you get with the MAG PSU for an extra £10 I feel it’s a no brainer

This PSU delivers solid build quality and fits perfectly in my mid-tower ATX case (Corsair FRAME 4000D). The cables came neatly organised in an accessory bag and are clearly labelled, which made setup easier. It powers my Radeon RX 9070 XT and Ryzen 7 9800X3D combo without a hitch. The unit runs quietly and has been reliable and efficient so far. My only gripe is the cables. They’re a bit stiff, which made cable management more of a chore than it needed to be. Overall, it’s a great PSU if you want something dependable and well-built.

This looks to be a quality all white modular PSU at a reasonable price. I've not had the full system running fully yet but in testing the PSU seems of similar quality to the Corsair TM it is replacing in my new build. I love the all white aesthetic which was the primary reason for we choosing this unit over other options. The PSU ticks all the right boxes on paper, it is 80+ Gold, fully modular and supports PCI 5.0. For the price it is fantastic value and the MSI warranty is always sufficient although in my experience I have never needed to claim after 20 years or using their stuff. The PSU seems well build and sturdy no sign of rattling and the flat white cables are fantastic to work with for clean cable management. Overall it is early days but I am confident this will be a long lasting PSU, it ticks all the boxes and I can recommend.

I brought the A850GL after getting a new GPU and realising I needed more wattage. It is a great power supply, my PC no longer crashes under tasks and has made my system a lot more stable. I choose this one as it had the wattage I needed and was modular so it was easier to set-up. I was surprised at how quiet it was and it looks great! I recently purchased the MSI MPG A850GL power supply. While I haven’t fully assembled my new system yet, I can already say the PSU feels well-built and high quality. The packaging is solid, the unit itself has a clean design, and all the included cables are nicely sleeved and flexible, which makes cable management much easier. 850W is more than enough for modern mid- to high-end builds, and since it’s 80+ Gold certified, I expect it to be both power-efficient and stable. I’ve used MSI components before and they’ve always been reliable, so I’m confident this PSU will deliver the same level of performance once my build is complete. The only downside is that the shipping took longer than expected — the item was delayed in transit for a few days. Not a dealbreaker, but still a bit frustrating. Overall, very good product and definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a solid, efficient PSU for gaming or productivity builds.

Una fuente de alimentación fiable y con garantía de futuro para gamers y creadores apasionados unque había visto comentarios de que era ruidosa, ahorita la armé con am5 un ryzen 5 7500F y una grafica provisional Rx6600, tal vez por eso no se nota que la fuente se esfuerza pero en un futuro voy a cambiar a una mejor gráfica más potente que aproveche el conector 12+4 pines de alimentación, lo único que no me gustó y que está incómodo de colocar es el conector de 24 pines para la motherboard, eso de que tengas que doblas el cable para colocarlo no me parece la mejor ingeniería, aunque claro, es funcional, y los cables se sienten muy resistentes, espero que duren mucho tiempo
