Ankle Surgery
Got this after I had ankle reconstruction surgery and it made it so much easier to ice my ankle as I needed to. It bends to fit the joint better.

Fits & works well
Got this for post-OP ankle surgery as all my other ice packs (they have their own mini freezer sadly) didn't really fit around my ankle well. So I thought I'd give this 1 a try. Little beads fill the pack so it does conform pretty well. Trying to get the strap in the right position so it would stay on & not move was a tad tricky. I like that it has a cloth-like soft side so it protects your skin needing no other towels or anything. It stays cold for about 20 min, but i flipped it around so the plastic side was directly on my skin giving me an extra 10 min of cooling relief. It refreezes pretty quickly. All in all, it's a nice ice pack for post-OP ankle surgery and/or sprains

Love that you can wrap it around your ankle
Nice. Helps my foot pain. Stays cold for about 15-20 minutes. Then refreeze

Love it for my elbow
I recently bought a second one of these because of my tendinitis and elbow pain. I prefer to use the “colder” so I have to twist the strap in order for the Velcro to secure. But it’s flexibility works great.

Not good for a sprained ankle
There’s hardly any beads inside so it only stays cool for about 10 minutes. The only good thing is the strap.

is decent with getting area colde but the way it wraps isnt 100% easy and isnt made for all size ankles/foot areas. good deal still
