i've been using this pre workout (and another by RYSE but got discontinued??) and I've been loving it since then. Unfortunately, this flavor cannot be found in local stores (including walmart). I only purchase this on Amazon or through the main ryse website. Orange flavor and I love it so much! I only take 1/4 of a scoop and it gives me enough energy to workout (I am in my 20s and 5'2) so yes it does the work! High quality for sure! Good value.

Great pre workout! The flavor of the jello lemon lime is really good! Will definitely try the other flavors.

I love Ryse. They pre portion of this item is great. Energy, Focus, pump. This particular flavor is not great.

I am very sensitive to preworkouts and energy drinks. In fact, I no longer drink any kind of energy drinks. However, I do like a preworkout before I go to the gym! I have now purchased this one twice. It gave me just what I needed to lift heavy and keep up with the younger gym rats! I had some tingles but no jittery feeling. Would definitely buy again.

Mixes easily with no clumps and tastes smoother than most pre-workouts I’ve tried. Energy is noticeable but not overwhelming, and I didn’t experience strong jitters. Focus felt steady rather than intense, which worked well for regular training sessions. Sugar level seems reasonable for a flavored pre-workout. Overall a solid option if you want controlled energy without a harsh stimulant feel.

This flavor is really delicious.

Ingredients are great but unfortunately the powder is a little bit grainy and no matter how hard you try to mix it there will always been the feel of drinking powder.

RYSE Loaded Pre – Sour Punch Blue Raz – July 2025 This pre-workout hits me pretty hard as someone who dailies 300+ pre and has caffeinated drinks regularly. I start to feel the Beta Alanine in 5-10 minutes and it's a strong and distinct feeling. Coming from 6-Star Pre from Walmart, a leveled scoop of this feels more intense than a triple of 6-Star. The focus aspect was both noticeable and unexpected. During lifting, I'm locked in and nothing can really bother or interrupt me. This mixes well and barely needs shaking. I just throw it in a shaker bottle after filling with 10-14oz water and it's good to go. I'd recommend 12+ oz just to dilute the flavor and make it easier to drink. As for the flavor, this is like drinking straight lemon juice. The first couple days of using this, I had a full body reaction identical to children trying a lemon slice for the first time. I'm sure it was comical for people at the gym to see... I'll be buying a different flavor of this next time, but I'm a fan of the brand's Loaded Pre overall. Workouts feel good and the drop off is gradual at about 1.5h. I wouldn't call it a crash. 4 stars because I'd like a little more L-Citrulline and the flavor is just "Super Sour" rather than the expected "Blue Raz" I had hoped for. Random observation, the included scoop handle is longer than any I've ever used. Pretty sure you can reach the bottom without putting your hand in the tub. I wish more companies did this.
