Product is great!!! Only reason for 4 star is because packaging and booklets are in Chinese but the description says English

Very bad
Hurts my skull very badly right when i take it of and it’s always stuck

Unable to play VR games
The manual was all Chinese, I struggled setting up the VR and then still being unable to play all the 3 games I tried - Horizon, RE 4 and even the free to play Playroom VR. Ended up returning the item.

Not working After 10 months
After 10 months it refuses to be connected to PS5 , and the joke is that product is not repairable under warranty because the Seller is not authorized from the agent in UAE to sell VR2

Product is not working
Plugged the product directly to my ps5. There was no light indication and it seems that it is not drawing power. Checked my usb c port and its working fine. The product is defective.
