Initially takes time to sync, however once past that step - works superbly. I mounted the sensors under the lid, at 4 different lengths, did not cut wires as suggested in the manual but zip tied them. Drilled a hole on the lid and Popped the antenna out, mounted the transmission unit under the lid with two screws that were provided. Installation was a breeze and took no more than 15 mins. Great Product

Poorly engineered product. The design is fundamentally flawed and not suited for real-world use in moisture-prone environments. The device relies on low-grade alkaline batteries, which are inappropriate for this application due to their leakage risk and unstable discharge characteristics. Lithium batteries should have been the baseline. Worse, the battery compartment has zero corrosion protection—making it highly susceptible to moisture ingress and terminal oxidation. This is a critical reliability failure. Overall, this product reflects substandard design and material choices. Not recommended. Please do not buy this product.

Very useful and of good quality

So I purchased this water level indicator for my ancestral home. The water tank is a little bit away from the home itself and therefore the need to have a reliable indicator. I bought this in April for 3 reasons: -promise of reliability and 24x7 support - distance between base unit and the tank unit (<50 ft in my case) - the tank unit is water proof and wouldn't have to be touched for approx 2 years. Now these are promises made in the original product posting.. Let's see how these work out 1 - support is non existent on calling them.. You go through a bunch of ivr menus and then they just say we will call you back and initiate a WhatsApp chat repeating the same as the ivr 2 - distance - that's good.. The indicator when it's working does the job well.. Full marks there 3 - the tank unit -huge disappointment... It stopped working in 6 months and since I don't live in my ancestral house, took me a couple of months to get back there .. The tank unit LED wasnt working so I thought I might check and replace batteries. I have to say that I had installed it the way the product recommended installation of the tank unit. On opening the tank unit, it was wet inside.. Indicating it's not waterproof or even water resistant.(The product says the unit is IP65 water proof) See the attached picture for details. Anyhoo.. So I called support and went into circles with the ivr and WhatsApp.. Waiting for a call now and will update how they resolve the issue. 2 days since reporting the issue - no contact for next steps yet! Thanks for reading and I would caution you against buying the wireless unit.

Product is working as expected as one. We have bought 3 products from them and support is good in terms of troubleshooting and installation

Works as expected. I bought the one with higher range despite my tank is on 3rd floor for safety. Takes about 10 minutes to connect if DISCONNECTED(happens when battery runs out). Buzzer could be improved this one is very sharp pitched. But gets the job done

While the unit has worked reliably since installation this mid February, the transmitter battery failed within 3 months after installation. The photos show the rust on the battery terminals after we opened up the transmitter indicating that the transmitter unit is not waterproof as claimed (we installed the unit under the lid of a plastic tank). While using 3 AA batteries in the unit is an economical idea, what is not made clear is that these batteries need to be soldered together upon replacement of the old batteries. If this replacement and soldering has to be done every three months, that would be a problem.

very very cheep quality stuff they have used even the charging usb port isn't going inside ... and falls commitment it isn't working for 5 km .. i would not recommend this product
