This ladder is great. It came fully assembled (a must for me) and folds up very nicely. I can store it in a small storage area in the house without issue (see picture). This allows me to not have to drag a ladder in from the garage when I need to reach high areas. I have finally been able to change the lights in the ceiling without bringing in a ladder. It doesn't reach my very high ceilings, but it's nice to get to the lower ones without having to get on a ladder. The arm rails make me feel safer. I'm a woman of a certain age, and I have no problem carrying it around the house. I've used it several times and it's very sturdy. The pest guy needed to borrow it and he said it was the best little ladder he'd seen. Which was pretty funny, but it made him happy. This was a great buy!

This is a great ladder for in the house...I'm sure it works well anywhere! I have high ceilings and this ladder is a good size for me to be able to access everything. It's not too heavy to easily carry around. It's sturdy and stable to use. I feel safe on it. It stores easily in the closet. It's easy to open and close.

Good step ladder I would not recommend standing on the very top as the leg spread a little further and make you think you’re gonna fall when you’re on there but the other three steps are great works perfectly does just what it’s supposed to

My home has 9' ceilings with lights and fans that need frequent cleaning along with the occasional cobweb in a corner. As a retired older man living alone I needed something I'd feel safe using. This step ladder is perfect! It's four steps get me close to the things I need to reach without having to stretch and be off balance. It's completely stable on my carpets. It folds for easy storage in a closet and is light enough for me to carry and maneuver around corners, doorways and halls. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with high ceilings or cabinets that are out of reach!

I have good balance so I don't really care about the wobble, but it is significant. It easily fits next to my washer. Everything I saw in stores was bulkier. The top step on the 4-step ladder is 37 inches as advertised, so it's good for reaching 9-foot ceilings. EDIT: Removing a star because somehow after just a couple weeks, the plastic foot is split from my 140lb @$$ gently stepping on and off this stepladder. 😂 Plus I never could use the top step because of the wobble. Would not buy again. EDIT 2: I'm taking it all the way down to 1 star, because I see the reason it broke is that the metal doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the foot! The metal part isn't angled on the bottom, it's just the plastic that creates the angle so the foot can be flat against the floor, and the plastic is hollow. It's designed so that the thin piece of plastic has to bear weight! I understand cheap manufacturing, but there's no excuse for terrible product design like this. EDIT 3: Found a much more stable stepladder at C***co for less than half the price

Our smoke detector continued to notify us it needed a new battery. The ladder was the perfect assist to fix the problem. This product is great quality. It’s light weight, sturdy, and safe. It’s great putting dishes away in those tough to reach cabinet space. It folds up nicely and sits perfect in our linen closet. I would highly recommend this product.

This ladder is easy to open and set up securely. The steps are deep, which gives me a feeling of stability when using the ladder. It folds flat and requires a small amount of space for storing upright (about 2-3 inches from front to back). The ladder has protective feet to prevent scratching the floor. I am elderly and I am easily able to move, set up and take down this ladder. These were all important to me in making my choice. The purchase price was a plus.

Bien reçu mais un peu déçu par les embout , au lieu d etre en plastique il aurais fallu qu il soit en rubber. La raison c est tres glissant sur mon plancher flottant . Je l ai pas encore utiliser mais essayer une marche j espère wue je ne serai pas decu pour m en servir par la suite merci beaucoup bon produit service est très bien merci beaucoup
