First off, the picture is misleading. You only receive one bottle, not 3. Second, I used these for a full month and did not notice much of any change. Supplements are difficult though, and different for everyone.

The media could not be loaded. These are some nice looking pills they smell really good and they go down easy just like every other pill that's the same capsule. To me they kind of smell like vitamin c with a little bit of minerals in it. They only have a minor taste which also is like a mineral and vitamin c type taste. I did not open the capsule before swallowing it so I did not get the full taste. I have not noticed any specific benefits but having more vitamins in my system is always a positive especially ones that are not totally commonly found in other supplements.Unless you isolate everything that you do in your life and the only thing you change is adding or subtracting pills there's no real way to test out if the pill is actually doing anything for you. One day you might take the pills but you eat horrible food and the next day you don't but you eat excellent food and you might actually feel better on the day you don't take it. So it's always very hard to write reviews for such things. Any review you see for supplements needs to be taken with a grain of salt.

I'm not sure they work as I keep forgetting to take them. Seriously. I'm not sure if I'm just not taking enough of them or they just don't work for me but I have a lot of trouble remembering these every day. So I can't really comment on their effectiveness. Product-wise, the capsules are pretty big so if you have trouble swallowing that is something to consider. They don't really have a bad taste or odor, though, so that is a plus.

This supplement is helpful for getting my brain online in the mornings. I start work at 7:00 am and feel that my brain doesn't come online until 8 - 8:30 am. The supplements are helping my brain feel more alert in the morning and I feel that I am more productive. They are caffeine-free so you could also take them at night. I like that they are a more natural way to wake up in the morning as I don't like to rely on caffeine to get up and going.These supplements are a great value and affordable to purchase every month. A bottle is a 1 month supply as the recommended dose is 2 capsules a day. My only complaint with these supplements is that I have a difficult time swallowing them in the morning as they are a little on the big side. They do not have a taste or a smell. I have not noticed any stomach upset or negative side effects even when I take them on an empty stomach in the morning.

This is a good combination of vitamins and supplements and after a couple days of taking it it does seem to make a difference. I really like that they didn't add caffeine. The capsules are standard size with a dosage of two which isn't too bad. I didn't notice any bad smells or aftertaste. I also appreciate seeing the third party tested and GMP logos on them. Overall, great supplement.

As you can see from my picture, these capsules are quite big. 2 of those are a serving. They’re not easy for me to get down, but I’m still able to do it. They have no flavor or odor. They contain a lot of nice things. I cannot claim that it helps with memory or focus. I haven’t noticed any effects like that. I tend to try and wait a bit before I review supplements, because I feel they need to get into your system before you can really see a difference. I continue to take them because they do have a lot of vitamins, and it certainly isn’t hurting me. But I can’t say anything about this product beyond that, and it could be that I need more time with it. The price is on point!
