The Side Effects
This is probably a good supplement. I’ve just started taking it, BUT it has terrible side effects. Everyday that I’ve taken it, it’s given me terrible diarrhea all day. I’ve tried taking it at night, and just wake up to the diarrhea instead. It also leaves me nauseous. I’m going to try to stick it out for a month and see if I can get through the side effects, with an update.
