Works great!
Works great! Was able to pin-point a gas leak we could not find using a cheaper tool. Fairly user friendly design with a long flexible tip to get to harder to reach areas

Solid build, accurate readings, and simple controls. The backlit display is clear, and the case is a nice bonus. No frills, just a dependable light meter that gets the job done

great tool for a greenhouse
This is fast, accurate and easy to use. It is a great tool for use in a greenhouse, where supplemental lighting is in use. Very helpful in planning lighting placement.

Decent entry level diagnostic tool
Device is very useful for gathering the needed information to develop conversations with the AHJ. It does not offer any calibration certifications or proof that the readings are accurate. The device seems a bit cheap with the plastics used to house the electronics however, for the money spent for this product, I believe it is quality product. This is a Klein tools product and in line with all Klein tool products.

Already paying for itself.
Already paying for itself. I have taken it on a couple of side jobs and I can prove to the customer that there is not enough light in the rooms they let me in. Once I purchase bright enough lamps, bulbs, and or fixtures they end up ecstatic after seeing the final lighting layout. So how did it pay for itself you may ask? Have gotten two other jobs referred to me. Would highly recommend to anyone installing new lighting.
