Wonderful device, must have for daily commuters.
I bought this because it was very uncomfortable using normal earphones in a helmet for calls and music. I didn't really like any cheaper alternatives. The device is very well built, sound quality is amazing, it is relatively loud too. I do suggest a more noise isolating helmet though, my helmet doesn't really do a good job of that when going at high speeds. The installation is simple and it fits really well with my helmet. I have been using this for a few months now and have never faced connectivity issues. The battery life is amazing too. I travel about 1-2 hours daily with music and barely need to charge it for about 2 weeks. Mic quality is great too, never had a problem with the other party being unable to hear when driving. Do note, I have seen a problem where WhatsApp calls can't be answered using the button, but as far as I know I think thats a problem with Android bluetooth and WhatsApp rather than the headset. Its great when it comes to weather protection too. I have used this in hot and wet weather and no issues whatsoever. The app is simple and effective too. Only caveat I would say is that the speaker connector wire bends when the helmet is placed on surface since its not an L-shaped connector but I simply unplug it when I do that. I couldn't really test the intercom capabilities though. It is expensive no doubt, but I got this for cheaper than bluarmour(its brother) and I genuinely don't regret the purchase. Highly recommend.

App Stopped Working – Device is Now Unusable!
I purchased three units of the TVS Racing SmartXonnect S20X for a total of Rs. 27,797, hoping for a quality experience. Initially, the devices worked well, but from September 7, 2024, the mobile app stopped working, which means I can no longer connect and use the devices as intended. I have tried every troubleshooting method—restarting, reinstalling, and reconnecting, but nothing worked. I even contacted TVS Customer Support, but there has been zero response since then. My friend has also reached out multiple times, but neither of us has received any follow-up or support. To make matters worse, the contact number provided on the TVS website isn’t reachable. I am deeply disappointed, as a high-end product like this should come with reliable customer support and a functioning app. I sincerely hope TVS addresses this issue. As of now, I would not recommend this product to anyone unless the app and support system improve significantly.

Quite good but the sound quality can be a little better.
Everything is good just a tiny problem with the sound quality. Probably because it is not in-ear speaker. Also during traffic, wind noise, the sound is almost inaudible. Can be fixed slightly but adjust the height of the speaker cushion. Amazing battery life.. I played music almost 85-90% of the time during an 18 hour ride and still had 30% battery remaining

Fits with MT Blade 2 SV helmet. Connects with Bluarmor Comms too!
Since this is essentially a redesigned and rebranded Bluarmor C30, it ticks all the boxes. Be it Jbl sound, Ridegrid mesh, the build quality. Even the price is same. Fits perfectly using the screw mount out of the box with my MT Blade 2 SV helmet with quite sturdy grip. I had a doubt whether this will receive the same firmware and feature updates as Bluarmor C30. I connected with TVS Connect app. Seamless connection and user friendly settings interface. The first thing I looked for was if there was any new firmware update available but there was none. Later I thought of connecting it with Bluarmor Comms app just for the sake of it and voila it connected. Same settings were available with different app design of course BUT immediately there was a new firmware update showing and it got installed without any hassles. So, my concern regarding the updates got clarified. I'll update my review if I get more clarity regarding the support. With all that, I think it takes a slight edge over Bluarmor C30 due to better button size and layout which matters when operating with gloves on. Although, I'm not sure about how easy or hard is it to use C30 with gloves on. Have not tested the headset placement inside helmet yet as I've washed my helmet liner and it's raining. Will update the review. Update 1: The sound is good enough on road with the wind noise on a flyover. Call quality is amazing. It could be with the shape of my ear or with my helmet interior or the headset itself but I could not find a comfortable position for left headset after changing its position for 10 to 12 times during my whole day on bike and in the end it was so painful that I had to remove it from it's position. I returned it as I needed more time to think about such a big investment given the limitations I came across. Update 2: I went with Bluarmor c30 despite more cost. Reason: I'd trust the OEM more in terms of support and product upgrades. I was wrong about the button placement comparison between the two. I found the layout of buttons better on C30 as my finger with gloves on always hits the middle pearl button and from there I can slide and push in any direction for whatever button I want to operate. I got used to it really quick. My first usage was on my 2000kms one side ride from Bengaluru to Mount Abu. It took me multiple adjustments of left earpiece to find a comfortable position. I had to place it way off the earpiece space in helmet for it to not hurt. The key is to place it right on your ear and not on earlobes. Doesn't matter where the helmet expects you to stick it. Since then, I've had multiple 100 to 300kms rides and city rides. No complaints. Very good sound quality. Very practical. Plenty of features. The best part is battery backup. If there's no charge, a 15~20min charge would give you about 30% of battery. Hope it helps!

Impressive sound quality and battery life
This is a review of XConnect20X. The device delivers everything it promises. It looks decent on the helmet (subjective). Installation: It was easy to install and set up. Scan the QR Code on the box and follow the steps. I faced no hurdles doing it. Speaker and Mic: The quality of sound from the JBL speakers is as expected. The ANC in the mic is effective. In the calls I received/made while riding at various speeds, the caller at the other end reported that they could not make out that I was speaking from inside the helmet and/or that I was riding the bike. Form factor: The big buttons are useful to identify by touch and I see the size of buttons being appropriate. The size of the device is just right too. Battery charge: Battery-charge lasts long as claimed. I charged it full and even after moderate use (mostly music) on day 1, at the end of the day it reported battery full. I did not need to charge it the next two days either during my road trip. Note: I used this in solo mode only, not in intercom/ mesh mode. Value for money: Happy with the performance and usability of the 20x model. If you can stretch your budget by say ₹2K, you might find this TVS more value for money than the other popular brand’s models. I like that brand too, no complaints, TVS’s is just more value for money.

Software sucks and there is no support from TVS!
I am writing this review after 1 year of usage, I have no issues with the quality of the product. BUT THERE IS A SOFTWARE BUG THAT HAVEN'T SOLVED!! And there is no support from TVS! I tried to call, mail, visit the service centre.. No Use!! I ever tried to connect TVS software engineers personally!! They don't know even product is existing with TVS. I can't connect to other riders. Software stops working. As a bluetooth music hearing and calling device, it will work ok. Fro that, why you want to spend this much of amount? So I suggest not to buy this product, buy other brands like bluearmour etc.

Partially unserviceable equipment
Device not reacting after five hours and switching off after 15 hours approx. Is an issue. I m in tour, I will go to tvs showroom with defective article in assam.
