As others have said; These packs do not really get cold. And, they have a very short life. The information I would add is that to activate, twisting or squeezing didn't work. I had to place the pack on the floor and stomp on the pack. This is definitely NOT senior friendly. I will edit to say that upon further investigation, these packets are very old stock and are defective due to age. If I could give zero stars, I would. Buyer beware... There is a reason the seller has a no-return policy. They know what they are selling.

Go thru a lot at school. Handy to have on hand.

These are great to have around for different injuries or pain. Can be put in travel bags, or camping.

I was really excited when I got my order quicker than I had expected. The packs are a little hard to activate and definitely do not get super cold nor do they last very long. I was using them after dental surgery. Would not purchase again. I was disappointed.

I was disappointed with the Dynarex Disposable Ice Packs. The cold didn’t last very long at all, and it barely felt cool enough to help with pain or swelling. After just a few minutes, it was already warming up and useless. The pack also felt flimsy, and I was worried it might leak when activated. For something meant to help with injuries, I expected much better performance. Overall, these didn’t do the job and aren’t worth the money. I wouldn’t buy them again or recommend them.

Some packages do not cooled down and the ones that cooled down the temperature is not very low, on top of that the temperature doesn’t last they warm up fast. Now in order to use I have to place then in the freezer. Sadly I no longer can return them.
