McKesson Lancets for Diabetes Testing [100 Count] Lancing Device for Blood and Glucose Test, 23G x 1.8 mm, Push Button Activation, Sterile, Single Use

I am diabetic and need to take a manual blood glucose reading every morning and sometimes in between when things get out of whack. I have tried the lancet tools with replaceable cartridges and these individual are much easier to use. The come in at least 2 depths. I have rather tough skin and the firrst ones I ordered weren't deep enough so I often had to try a second time. My next order was for the deeper ones and they work the fitst time and deliver a nice droplet. I first saw these used at my Doctors office and I though it looked much easier to use and more reliable. Now it is all I use. Also very convenient. The needle retracts back into the unit so you don't risk a stray puncture. They are considered "Sharps" and need to be disposed of properly.

My husband loves these lancets because they are easy to use and don’t hurt.

Since my pharmacy doesn't stock this kind of one use lance, I have to buy the from Amazon out of my pocket, instead of pharmacy insurance. But I like them so I always buy them. I have them on subscription. I started buying them several years ago because they are safe around grandchildren.

Excellent lancets. They are the only ones that allow me to get blood from my dog. He is diabetic and I must check his glucose twice a day. I was struggling trying to get a drop of blood until someone recommended me these ones. Game changer.
