Winged eyeliner, I can't quit you. Oh, I've tried. I tried smudging artfully but it just don't look right. Since I don't always want to wear liquid, I've been using these brushes with soft eyeliner pencils to get a nice wing without the intense anxiety of possibly stabbing yourself with that brush tip liner and having to start all over. They'll TELL you that you can get a nice, sharp line with just a pencil. Just sharpen it, they say. They might even include a little sharpener in the bottom. These are lies. You can't get that ultra-sharp line with the pencil tip alone. Enter these brushes, especially the angled liners. Just coat the bristles in your pencil, stamp on the shape, and fill it in with the brush, the pencil, or some combination thereof. Then, if you're feeling especially froggy, dab on a little matching eyeshadow to set the line and soften harsh edges. If you mess up, dip the square brush in a little concealer and give yourself a nice, sharp line where the mistake once was. The bristles are stiff enough to line but not scratchy. For the price and effectiveness, you can't beat this set.

Perfect for detailing work in makeup. I do a lot of cosplay makeup which require a lot of detailing work mainly around the eyes and these do a really good job of that; makes my makeup process so much quicker. Bristles are decently soft. Not to mention, the variety of the brushes in this set is pretty good.

Great for the price. The funky shaped brush with an angled ferrule (metal part where brush attaches to the hairs) is the unsung hero of this imo. The brushes with angled fibers works well applying powder to eyebrows; the pointed ones work ok for picking up wetted shadow to use as eyeliner (though be aware that they're very rigid). I had hopes of using the broader short brushes for tightlining my top lashes as I've seen on YouTube etc., but I have an irritating essential tremor and couldn't ever make it work. What does work REALLY well for tightlining is the brush with an angled ferrule (a brush I had no idea how to use, but just one morning said "let's try this!"). I take some color on the very tip of it from a Wet n Wild Breakup Proof gel eyeliner--the best out there for this purpose, tho sadly maybe discontinued? I then pivot the brush so the 45 degree angle is pointing up, just under my top lash line. Goes on beautifully, even with shaky hands! I've been using this set for almost a year and still holding up like a champ.

Variety? Plenty. Durability? So far so good. Mostly soft enough, some will need use to soften. Sizes range from full lid lining to delicate precision for a more fun look. So many options make it easy to find a brush suited for your desired final look.

Es liegt mir einfach gar nicht mit flüssigem Eyeliner zu hantieren. Und sind wir mal ehrlich, wenn beim Lidstrich ziehen in der früh etwas schief läuft, dann läuft auch echt alles schief 😄. Ich komme weder mit den Stiften, noch mit dem dünnen Pinselchen klar. Was aber seit Jahren wunderbar funktioniert, ist die Kombination von einem abgeschrägten dünnen Pinsel und schwarzem Lidschatten. Mein Pinsel war aber schon sehr ausgebrannt, da kann man keine präzisen, dünnen Linien mehr ziehen. Diese Pinsel sind super dafür geeignet und sehr präzise. Und wenn ich mal einen Fehler mache, muss nicht gleich die Grundierung auch noch mit entfernt werden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist Top. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
