Good protein, low sugar, and delicious! These are a great snack and protein boost! Magnesium and fiber too!

Delicious coconut flavor with chocolate chips. I like that it supports Brain health. Not many protein bars do this with low sugar and fiber added. Will order again better snack option than a candy bar.

I purchased the toasted coconut and the fruit lovers pack that has wild blueberry, banana nut , and lemon blueberry. The first one I tried was the banana nut and it tastes just like a little banana nut loaf; not too dry and had a nice texture. The toasted coconut taste very nice. It has a nice coconut flavor . They all have the flavors that they advertise. Some people complain that the flavors are not intense enough, but in my opinion, people complain too much. These bars are very nice tasting. I’ve eaten all kinds of protein, keto bars and I have to say these are probably the best ones I’ve had . They all have the flavors that they advertise .These bars are very nice tasting. As for price, they are about two dollars a bar so not everybody will see that as a value but if you’re looking for something that’s going to aid you in weight loss and can carry around for a quick pick me up then these are very good. I bought the first box and they were not on sale, but the second box was about six dollars off. I definitely will purchase them in a bit more of a bulk when they’re on sale. It wasn’t too sure how they would taste, but now that I have tried I will not eat anything else. Once again I give kudos to the clean ingredients and the flavors not overpowering but subtle. You can taste what you’re supposed to taste in terms of the packaging. Interestingly enough, I read many reviews on one of the things people mentioned in the banana nut. It was the banana taste wasn’t really there. That’s not true. But the best thing to do is try them for yourself not everybody’s going to like them. Everybody expects them to taste like a candy bar well guess what? That’s not really what they are their nutritionally sound with healthy ingredients and they taste good. That’s the most important thing.

Coconut flavor not as strong as hoped, but still an excellent product

Love these toasted coconut bars. This is the second box I've ordered. They are chewy and the coconut is not overwhelming.

Horrible! I have been buying and eating these for a couple of years and they were my go-to snack. The mfg. has recently changed the recipe and now the predominant taste is salt. Just WAY too salty. They amped the sodium content up around 13% and it is just too much. I even like salt. Just not in a bar that should be slightly sweet and has been until now. Bye Bye IQ peanut butter chip bars. I bought a couple of blueberry and banana nut IQ bars yesterday to see if they ruined those also. Label shows sodium raised only a small amount in those. Wish me luck. Edit: I e-mailed the manufacturer and the first person I reached said there was nothing the company could do, but I didn't give up and the next person offered to ship me two boxes of banana nut and blueberry flavors, which have not had extra salt added.

They are tasty and a better dietary choice , I'm having to research a DIY choice. Fixed income and having to stretch my resources.
