Great product, replacing previous models. Easy install about 1.5 hours. Use YouTube to help install etc… so easy. My previous one, same design type lasted 20 years.

Recently moved and no waste disposal. Having been used to one in our last house for the past 15 years, I needed one quickly! Good price on this model and free delivery. Turned up quickly. Bought the extra plumbing kit which was worth it for a couple of parts but due to our current house having 'imperial' plumbing and the kit being 'metric' it needed hubby to pop to the local plumbers to pick up a few more pieces to get it fitted in. It's quite a heavy unit so takes 2 to fit - one holding it up (if your cupboard is as low and fiddly as ours!) and one to fit it to the mount. Air switch is so worth it - no more thinking about drying your hands before switching it on. So much quieter than our other one and quickly disposes of waste. Would highly recommend.

I’ve ordered a InSinkErator to replace my old one. The set up is slightly different from the old one and once I altered this it works perfectly.

Bought this as a replacement for a failed unit (failed after 15 years so great value for money) Was quoted £300 for installation by my original installer so I thought I'd give it a go myself. Easy - a baby could do it. pull the pipe off, unplug, twist with the spanner and reverse to install the new one. Bonzer.

Great product good price

I installed before this and liked it. Thus last one is a scrap. The plastic cover on it is moving vibrating, the ring what suppose to hold the attachments to the sink and of course the heavy unit is a joke. The material is soft so if you making it bigger stays like that. I must used the old one as was great and worked as a spring. The plug also was damaged. Also the screws was long so i cut 10mm down from each one to be able to fit the unit after. Do not buy any of this it is a joke for £400

The item arrived in excellent condition and was an exact replacement for an existing model which was worn out after 25 years hard service. Replacement runs well and is much quieter than the model it replaced. Very satisfied with the installation.
