No service support, do not buy
This such a item, it will need service support at any point in time. Tried their service support got connected tonan outside India(china?) support and they vanished after that. It's a great product but if you are okay to discard in 9-12 months, else don't buy this, for they have no support system.

Slimline and compact
When compared to a regular treadmill this is great. Different settings for speeds.. from walking to running its just like a treadmill but takes up far less space. Great for apartment use especially when you have no park or walking track nearby.
