I used it for sublimation and it worked beautifully. I have been looking for a heat press that stands up to the test and is durable, reliable, and easy to use and this one has it all!

I bought this heat press about a year ago for around $300, which now I realize was probably the highest price it’s ever been, it’s only $186 now. Last year it worked fine, and I actually used it quite a bit. But this year, I’ve only used it about 5–6 times, and the power switch started popping out a few months ago. It looked like a spring problem, and today the switch completely came off while I was pressing a shirt. I haven’t used the machine heavily at all, so it’s disappointing that it’s already falling apart. When it worked, the heat and pressure were good, but for something that cost $300, I really expected it to last longer. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

This was the first heat press I bought, so I did not really know what to expect; however, when I first got this product, I was very pleased. It is pretty straightforward to use, but it also provides you a manual on how to adjust the temperature and timer. I've been consistently using the heat press since I received it, but after a few months it stopped heating up. When that happened, I reached out to customer service, and they were extremely helpful. Wendy from customer service saw my issue and sent me out a replacement. I definitely would recommend this product.

Better Sub is one of the best companies I have the pleasure of doing business with. I’ve been with them for quite a few years. They go above and beyond for customer service. Quality is 5 star, heats up quickly and evenly. Easy to assemble and the adjustment is easy to handle. It won’t let me upload the video, but I do a minimum of 200 shirts a month.
