Decent size, works very well, the display is clear and vibration is strong. Its quite light weight. I found loads of stuff with it what has been dug up. Reason for 4 stars, not 5 is, the light comes on every time you switch the pin pointer on, and the on/off button keeps getting hit all the time, even in its holster, it can be a pain. Apart from that it is great bit of kit.

More than happy with how well the Pinpoint unit works. Although my metal detector has a pinpoint system, you save so much more time working closer with the DR OTEK pin pointer, once you have detected something. It’s well made and waterproof with all the selections that you should need. It’s already found coins easily on its first day of use

Ich bin mit dem Pinpointer von Dr. Ötek sehr zufrieden. Viele Jahre habe ich einen Scan-Master genutzt, der inzwischen aber seinen Geist aufgegeben hat. Die technische Entwicklung ist nicht stehen geblieben. Der neue Pinpointer bietet mehr als der alte Scan-Master (verschiedene Anzeigemodi, Suchtiefe, Schabekante, Wasserdichtigkeit etc.). Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach. Zur Not helfen schriftliche Anleitung oder die Youtube-Videos. Die grobe Suche erledige ich nach wie vor mit meinem alten Metalldetektor von Tesoro. Für die anschließende Punktortung bzw. die Untersuchung des Aushubs ist das Gerät von Dr. Öteck optimal. In den bei mir überwiegend sandigen Böden erziele ich auch bei Objekten um 1 cm Größe fast bis zu 10 cm Erfassungstiefe (je nach Lage des Gegenstandes). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!

Have been looking around for a reasonably priced pin pointer as I only metal detect as an occasional hobby. After reading reviews I purchased it to compliment my Minelab Go Find 44, it was delivered from the UK to Australia in a quick efficient service considering I ordered it on Xmas Eve. Tried it out today in the forest area behind our backyard, picked up a response on the Minelab 44 then used it to pin point the exact location in a small excavated hole of what was a house key at a depth of around 100mm, it worked exactly as it should. It is not designed to detect items at extreme depths only within around 50 to 75mm. The raised power button has not been a problem, I want it easy to turn on especially when wearing gloves, happy with my purchase.

Werkt uitstekend en de prijs is prima. Als je kijkt wat men voor de top pinpointers durft te vragen. Is dit een zeer goede pinpointer Detekteerd diep en waterdicht Meer heb je niet nodig. Voor mij absoluut geen prijzige pinpointers meer. Deze is gewoon alles wat je nodig hebt.

Absolut bästa!!
