Narumi Vertical Stripe Navy Blue Cotton Cloth Japanese Noren Long Type Curtain Tapestry,170 x 85 cm

I originally ordered the green version to go with my landing decor, but it turned out to be a much darker shade than the olive it appears in the pictures. Having returned the green, I've now set up the blue (an attractive navy), which compliments a feature wall in the hallway. This noren has proved to be a brilliant buy. The bathroom door is directly opposite the master bedroom; occasionally the bathroom light gets left on and I have a cat who seems determined that the correct way to enter any room, is to shoulder barge the door wide open. Easy to install (fitting on a standard net curtain rod), this blocks a huge amount of light spilling from the doorway. On my door. With the rod fitted just a couple of centimetres from the top, the bottom ends around 30 centimetres above the floor. This allows air (and cats) to circulate. It's very easy to pass through the centre, which is well sewn, being solid for around a handspan, before reaching the split allowing people to walk through. I actually had something similar before I decorated and this is longer, better fitted and looks much better quality. It's amazing value for money. I can say from experience that some of the products listed as linen are horrible plasticky rubbish, this is actual cotton and looks really nice.

This is very lightweight, but also opaque. Much better than heavier ones I have used in the past. Much easier to walk through. Also, it is double sided. Good value for money.

Very good Noren~

I like that this is the same color on both sides so it works as a space divider. It is a nice quality, not too thick or too sheer, it hangs well on a tension rod. We use it to close the kitchen off but it doesn’t get in the way at all. Color is exactly what we wanted/ as pictured. Would recommend.

Good quality and long length for high doorways

Of good quality and value. Looks great in the doorway from the living room to the hallway. Gives privacy to the other room across the hallway.

We're using this as a 'door' for our master bath, and it works perfectly. It's thick enough to provide some light blocking and privacy without blocking all of the natural light from the window. The material is smooth and neatly woven, and it looks so nice. It appears more expensive than it was. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Worked perfectly to close off the side entrance from my kitchen. Nice fabric, it looks and feels similar to linen, it's pretty much identical in colour to the photo. We have an old house with unusual door sizes, the doorway leads to stairs so a swinging door isn't safe and there is not a bi-fold that will fit the frame. The Noren works perfectly with a tension poll. There isn't much more to say, Its a nice curtain and nicely closes off a space while not being obstructive. I'm really happy with it, it matched the paint in my kitchen perfectly! *Sorry for the subpar photo, we are in the middle of kitchen renos but it is absolutely staying once we are done.
