I love the size of this sleeve as it goes all the way to your armpit. It works great for arm and hand swelling, I had lymph nodes removed from my armpit and deal with a lot of lymphedema in my arm. It doesn't help with the armpit swelling, but there are other sizes that cover that area too. Definitely would recommend this as an easy option!

After measuring my arm, it said that I was a medium. I had to return to get a large because the bicep was way too tight. The hand portion now is slightly too large but overall it's a better fit than the medium. It definitely gives compression. I bought this for lymphodema post breast cancer surgery.

I have recently diagnosed, stage 1 lymphedema in my left arm. I ordered and received this sleeve even before I was able to see a Dr regarding the lymphedema. Luckily, I ordered the exact one I needed. The thumb part drives me crazy. I hate that part but the sleeve itself is great! Very happy to have gotten it.

Like most Amazon compression sleeves, this one is too loose in the wrist/hand area. It is also, somehow, too tight in the thumb. So if you get a size that fits your upper arm/elbow correctly, it will not compress your wrist or hand (but it sure will squeeze the life out of your thumb). Conversely, if you get a size that compresses nicely on your wrist/hand, it will be waaaaaaaaay too tight on your upper arm/elbow. I don't understand why it's so hard for these compression sleeve companies to make one that actually fits. It's not difficult. Make it uniform compression all the way around, and make a thumb HOLE, not a thumb SLEEVE. The medical compression sleeve I have does not have any gradated compression. It literally comes off a roll, which is the same compression for 25 feet, and they cut it to your arm length and cut a thumb hole. Fits perfectly in all areas. Done. The only problem with those is they are temporary and only last a few weeks. So I am trying to find something of higher quality. But I can't find it. Sleeves like this Ailaka just are always too loose in the wrist/hand area. Extremely frustrating.

I use Juzo sleeves and decided to buy this to try as it was a gauntlet and sleeve in one. Highly impressed! Compression is the same and the silicone band does not move. Having the gauntlet built in means no rolling or bunching of the seam at the wrist. I used the size chart and got a medium (slightly smaller than measurements) for extra compression and so far it's great. I'll buy again.

I love my arm compression sleeve. It feels amazing, really comfortable and thin that you can feel air coming in and out. (It's 83° outside). I wish I would have bought two because my wrist hurts on my right arm. I ordered the black one.

It left a serious red area where silicone band touched the upper arm ... and that was after handwashing in Woolite. Other sleeves with silicone did not cause same reaction. Took 4+ weeks for skin to heal. Absolutely love the concept of the design...but can't use so in the trash it goes. Will not give away incase somethings in the silicone.
