Just have to open the file and follow the instructions. I know many have said that there are none. Use one usb cord to ur computer and then insert the chip the proper way. Open the file and download.

No data on the usb card. This product is useless

No instructions and win 10 doesnt seem to follow instructions loaded on software. Hope it works to program new injector for g1 etec 150

The diagnostic cable and software work as they are supposed to. I would have given it five stars but for the lack of directions. The sim card is flat and pops out of the credit card piece of plastic. I didn't know that right away. It has a video on it to take you thru the installation steps. There are also youtube videos which show the process. One thing I would note is that I changed the com port to 2 vs 3 based on the youtube video. Not sure why other reviewers said it was junk and didn't work.

This is exactly what you need to interface with your Evinrude E-TEC motor except the software. Make sure you have it before purchasing this. The software can be found free....
