Wow!!!!!

This arrived so fast and thought it was really messed up but it turned out to be the Wi-Fi dongle I put an old one I already had in its place and everything came back to life and it works great all kinds of extras installed best computer I’ve ever owned. 5 stars great communications with seller.

I was excited to be upgrading my computer. I order a computer from them and received it. The first problem was it crashed every few minutes. Then the updates windows does made the wifi/ Bluetooth crash and makes it not work. Call them they said they knew of the problem. However they kept selling them. So the said they would offer a partial refund. And I would have to buy one. After a few days of nothing but problems with this computer I sent it back. Also they sell it with New monitors. We'll the two I got where used and oh yeah came in the box with the wrong cords. They did send me two more but I still had to purchase 2 more. Because the second ones they sent still where the wrong ones. No matter what the may say, I would and will never buy there used crap again. If you are thinking about buying a used computer DONT! Not worth it.

Computer arrived on time. The only problem I have with it is Mouse arrived crushed in box. Must have happened during transit. Computer works fine, excellent piece of equipment! Does everything Amazon Ad states. I have had no problems with the computer. I let it run and powered up for the first one hundred hours just to burn it in. I would say it is a very good deal for the price. And the system speed is outstanding.

The computer is fast. I got this for the multimedia creation that it advertises. I also work on a lot of programming, coding and DVDs. This doesn't have a bluray drive. Bummer. I thought I'd just get an external drive. But now it looks like I'm just going to have to replace the entire drive. I'm always having to fight with it. I put in a DVD and in an instant it ejects it. It does this 3-4 times. Besides being a real PITA trying to GET the DVD to get on the spindle. Sometimes it pops off right as I'm closing the drawer and crams the dvd between the casing. When I replace it, I'm not even going to sell the old one. It trash. These shouldn't be used at all. The entire reason this desktop doesn't get 5 stars is because of this POS optical drive that I couldn't hate more.

Powerful for video editing

It worked great out of the box, now I have windows 11pro PC , and my old windows 10 pc, I am happy

I was looking into laptops and I almost had a stroke... this computer was everything I needed. I am able to make videos and I have lots of memory. Also having 2 screens is awesome. You can easily have 2 projects going at the same time. This is my 2nd purchase.. my 1st purchase had some cosmetic damage but customer support acted quickly and totally refunded my purchase after I dropped it off at FedEx. They wasn't sure what may have happened internally. So.... I got another. It is working just fine.
