Best item for beginners It really helps to strengthen your forearms. But you have two handle with care because it is plastic material.

It was delivered today and I was rather curious about how effective it might be for exercising the wrists and forearms. After using it for half a day I can say that it is certainly very effective and this kind of an equipment is definitely a novelty in terms of idea and design. Fight now I am in the 12-20 rep range but in few weeks of regular use I will easily go up to 30-50 rep range. The range of motion is Very different than a gripper or any other exercise for the wrists and forearms. But it doesn't look like it will last long - at least that is the impression it has made on me after using it for just few hours. However, till the time it doesn't break down it is surely a useful exercise equipment. If the makers could use heavier and denser material to upgrade this equipnent in future, and also upgrade the resistance provided, then it would be much better.

It's easy to use, quality is also good but spring stiffness is not good, half of its tension is totally free and half is very hard to rotate
