Wide powder ski
This is a wide scale back country ski that has ample sidecut and a wide flexible tip. I use it with 3-pin Voile cable bindings and old-style leather tele boots on days when there is deep powder. Like other Altai skis, it is well made. Not my first choice for bulletproof crust. It's flotation excels for touring in deep powder including long approaches breaking trail. It is my go-to touring ski after a dump.
