Waterdrop K19-SFK Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Countertop, Minerals, Countertop Reverse Osmosis System, 3:1 Pure to Drain, Reduce PFAS, No Installation Required, BPA Free - desertcart.com Review: Water you can trust! - This water filter has been such a lifesaver. I seriously do not trust city water whatsoever. Having the confidence that my water has been purified and removed of any contaminants is super reassuring. The basin holds a lot of water, and for two people, I would say you only need to refill it once or maybe twice per day. One person could probably just fill it up once a day. I love that you can select how many ounces you want to pour and then just hit a button and walk away. Cleaning it has been pretty easy so far, so nothing crazy there. We've only had it for about a month and a half, but we haven't had any issues, and the filter continues to work well. Water tastes super good. We bought it on a sale, so I would say if you can do that, the value for the money is awesome, especially comparing it against under the sink systems. It looks really good on the countertop and feels like a high-quality appliance, and not some cheap eyesore. Review: Great countertop RO filter with excellent taste - We’ve been very happy with this Waterdrop countertop filter. The water quality and taste are excellent, and because of that we’ve been drinking a lot more water. For two people, we usually refill it twice a day, which feels very reasonable given the quality of the filtered water and compared to buying bottled water from outside. We keep 80 oz jar storage we have filled all times to drink as needed. It also works quickly, taking only about a minute to fill 32 oz. Overall, this is a great countertop filter with RO and remineralization, and the water tastes great.

Run away!!! - leak in 3 months after use - very poor customer service
I only used the product for two months before it started leaking. For a $300 item, poor quality and inadequate customer service are unacceptable. I contacted customer service five times, each time waiting over 10 minutes without anyone answering. I also sent an email, but it took more than 24 hours to receive a reply—only asking more questions instead of offering a solution. I already provided a video showing the leak. Initially, I didn’t want to return the product. A simple replacement part (which I believe is inexpensive) could have resolved the issue. However, because of the hassle of contacting customer service, I am left with no choice but to return it. From both a customer service and product quality standpoint, a $300 item failing this quickly is unacceptable.

Great Water filter
Does an incredible job at making water pure and delicious. The only possible complaint would be the size of the reservoir, but I knew that going in and I don't mind changing it out. I'd recommend storing in some big bottles in the fridge all at once, so you aren't constantly filling stuff. 10/10 otherwise. Simple to get going, and great value at this price.

As usual, Amazon reviewers are delusional. Product is not worth it.
Im not sure what other buyers are smoking when they gave this product five stars. First of all, you will have to refill this thing constantly. I have to refill and empty this thing every 20oz so at least twice a day. The capacity is attrocious and getting the water tank out of the device and into the sink is a major pain. When the machine does function, the water tastes just like my brita after a week of use.

water tastes great
Water tastes good, but doesn't come out cold. Difficult to fill, you have to pull out the machine to get to the back. Water is slow coming out but it is worth it for making water non-toxic for drinking and coffee pot

Solid Build, Clean Taste, and Peace of Mind
I picked up the Waterdrop K19‑SFK because I wanted a reliable countertop RO system that didn’t require installation or plumbing. This one fit the bill right away — plug it in, fill the tank, and it’s ready to go. The setup was simple, the display is clear, and the whole unit feels sturdy and well‑designed. The water tastes noticeably cleaner and smoother. Even though my tap water doesn’t have a chlorine smell to begin with, the filtered water still has a purity and crispness that stands out. The alkaline remineralization keeps it from tasting “flat,” which is a common issue with RO systems. I haven’t lab‑tested the filtered water yet, but I bought this system because I wanted to be proactive about the quality of what I drink every day. The filtration specs are strong, the taste is excellent, and the peace of mind is worth it. A few practical notes: - The tank is a bit heavy when full, but manageable. - The unit makes a soft hum while running — nothing disruptive. - It looks clean on the counter and doesn’t take up much space. Overall, I’m impressed. It’s easy to use, the water tastes great, and it gives me confidence that I’m drinking something cleaner than what comes straight from the tap. So far, it’s been a solid addition to my kitchen.

Highly recommend for safe and clean drinking water!
Highly recommend, completely worth the peace of mind knowing that I drink clean water. Also, huge shoutout to Becky from their customer rep team who helped me fix the unit after I dropped the tank and broke it. Becky was very courteous, super responsive, and a A+ person to interact with. Thank you, Becky!
