100% recommend Pineapple flavour
These were brilliant on a recent trek, nice to supplement your water rations with a bit of flavour. Pineapple was a welcome mix of sweet and sour flavour and these were always getting scrounged by other team members. Seemed effective as didn't notice any dehydration despite also taking diamox in a warm environment. I've also used them to hydrate before playing rugby and I've noticed increased performance there too. Value is good at 40p per tablet when you consider the cost of ready made drinks.

Does what it says on the tin
Yep, good. Helps a lot when I'm out exercising and helps me get through it without losing all my minerals through sweat. Good tasting, but then pretty much tastes as your would expect.

Tastes good and no sucralose
Was looking for electrolyte tabs without sucralose and these fit the bill without being too expensive. They dissolve well and taste good. I assume they hydrate me. Sometimes I notice a difference after drinking, sometimes not. Worth pointing out they're for adults only. Discovered when my daughter had a stomach bug. Also different flavours have different ingredients. The lemon one has green tea extract for some reason but its not in orange or blackcurrant. I'll avoid lemon as I don't want green tea in my rehydration drink!

Buy to have zero cramps. Simple
Better at preventing cramp than many other products as provides potassium salts as well as sodium and others. Zero cramps training with these. Exceptional.

An effective way to rehydrate properly!
I find myself returning to these time and again. They are easy to use are good value, taste better than most and are easy on the stomach. It’s hard to evaluate their effectiveness but with water I know they are providing some of the needed salt and minerals to rehydrate properly.
