Works great.
Only place I could find one at a good price. Just as good as the original that came with the Blue Point 3 in buffer. I was not going back to the Snap On man, to get a replacement. Works great for the application.

I have a 3m 3 inch da sander that eats the 3m pads for breakfast usually only lasting a few hours at $40 each these last days at only $10 each it really is a no brainer and I hope these stay plentiful

fit my disc sander just fine.
I use it daily- no problems so far Always make sure you order the correct mounting method since the disc is the same, but the mounting style can vary. Pull off your old one first to make sure.
