Great insulator
I just completely covered my bedroom window with this in the winter since I only ever just sleep in there anyway. Kept my room much warmer than without it. I couldn't really use the cling film since there's no trim on my window.

Thicker than Home Improvement store and a little less cost-wize
But if it matters to you I did not come in a roll like the pic, it was folded up and folded up _a lot_ so pretty creased

Good insulation, but can be hard to install
I used this to temporarily cover up an in-wall AC unit. I found it difficult to secure to the drywall using heavy-duty staples and nails, because the staples would cut right through the material entirely. It’s not very strong, rips easily. As far as insulating goes it does seem to be performing well - it definitely keeps heat in.

Easy to install
So much to love about this insulation. First, it can be cut with scissors -- no special equipment required. Installation can be done with a staple gun. There is no itchy fiberglass involved. R value yet to be determined, but at the least it should make a good vapor/wind barrier.

Perfect
We used this reflective foam insulation as a heat barrier on the underside of a gas engined golf cart seat being reupholstered after several years of use. Worked perfectly. Good choice.

The outside aluminum is peeling away worse than any other
For some reason, the outside aluminum covering of the foam is peeling off. I bought 3 other sheets of this stuff, half the thickness and have had 0 issues like this. This is the only one that is like this, and that really bums me out, because I need this to work. I also need to not waste money in this day and age in America: where we are so class stratified, systematically, it's obnoxious. I live in a Van because I'm so fed up with the cost of living going up. How it is, don't worry, I'm not complaining about living in a Van. It's really my peaceful protest for all of us to actually get the quality of life that we all easily do could have a a hundred years ago, let alone now... do your research I have.

Extra Insulation Cat House
I used it for extra installation for a cat house. For feral cats that I feed. After I had install the one inch film insulation with the adhesive, which took a few days because I let each area dry I install this using upholstery pins to twist into the foam insulation board. I have one more to do then just add straw and cover with a tarp.

I lined our chicken coop with this. It's perfect. Thin, insulated well, reflective so that they get their own heat back and seems good quality. Easy to cut to size and staple in place. The temps went down quickly and I needed this quickly and it dod the job well. Chickens were happy and warm.

These insulation blankets were bought to line the inner walls of an RV to help keep summer heat out. They were easily cut to fit the area of the wall. Sticking them up with two sided tape worked well and once complete the RV was more comfortable in the hottest part of summer. I likely will buy more next year and continue to insulate
