This is a pantry and kitchen staple. I use the powder in sops,stews and broths. It is much more convenient then having fresh celery that goes bad before I can use it up. I also like the powder to add to my seasoning blends. Celery powder is good to add to green juices and smoothies. This is a nice size also,because I like to replace it often. It mixes well because it just rehydrates in liquids. It smells like good fresh dry celery. I've had others that didn't smell so good.

I love celery powder. I had to start using this particular brand after my old friend was no longer available. This is a quality brand.
