I was looking for a vase for the annual Trader Joe's daffodils. This one is the exact size, shape, and material I wanted. Sadly I needed to give it only one star because the thickness at the base varied by over an inch from one side to the other (see photo). I know it's handmade so I expected some variation, but this was rather extreme, compared with other reviewers' photos. I returned and reordered it. The replacement came the next day and is perfect! So I'm now giving it 4 stars. I would have given it 5 except for the inconvenience of returning one because of poor quality control. The vase is nicely heavy; the glass is about 1/4 inch thick at the rim and nicely polished. It was bombproof-packaged; looks like they spent as much time boxing it as they did making it.

This was packaged incredibly well. This vase is beautiful and very sturdy. It is not plastic but beautiful clear glass. I am so happy with this purchase because of the value for the money it looks more expensive than what I paid. It is perfect for fresh cut flowers or artificial flowers. Great functionality.

I’m using these not as vases but as plant holders for my sink herb garden. I needed a container that was small in width but tall and these worked perfectly and fit behind my faucet. Soap dispenser and cup rinser. They also fit perfectly on my windowsill! :)
