Love the color and quality. It has many uses besides strengthening ankles and legs. I use for a desk top for my laptop or reading. A great protector when guests arrive to place under their laptops so not to scratch my glass dining table. Durable, light weight, multifunctional.

Good product and I like the larger size. It's slightly less spongey than the ones my physical therapist uses but I hope it'll loosen up a little with use. If not, it still serves its purpose of making balance a little harder and forcing the small stabilizing muscles to work harder.

I was a bit skeptical about this but I glad I brought it it's very easy on the knees and elbow I use for yoga and exercise without pain in my body thanks you , and the price was not bad because I seen others and they are really small the XXL is the best if you are look for comfortable without pain .
