MakerHawk OLED Display Module, SPI I2C IIC 128X64 LCD LED Display Module for Arduino UNO R3 STM 0.96 Inch and 40pcs Wires 20CM 40-Pin Female to Female

I bought this for an Arduino project and it works perfectly. It comes in a small plastic shell box with the 4-pin header that's easy to solder on and use on a breadboard if necessary. It also, for some reason, comes with a 40 pin female-to-female ribbon cable. No idea why but it's not a bad thing to own. Bear in mind that this is tiny, so if you're looking for a more readable screen then you should go for something bigger. Other than that this is a great little bit of kit that you can experiment and learn from, or use for many practical applications.

Lovely little display. Fantastic value. Watch out for the vcc and gnd pins being the other way around from most other displays of this type. Works well with Arduino Uno, nano using the Adafruit_SSD1306.h libuary at memory location 0x3c. Great customer service as well from seamuing.

I bought two of these and after some messing around managed to get them both running. As one of the end users commented you can get most of the info from Github or the Arduino web site.. Very good value for the money. Using one on my 3D printer fan controller to display bed temperature and status of the nozzle fan. Bit of an over kill but what the heck the output from the PWM on the printer board doesn't work. So I made my own.

Screen is dead, responds to commands but won't display anything.

ordered two of those. Unfortunately I didn't have time to test them on arrival and only just got to it. One of the displays stayed dark completely, the other one I managed to get to the first screen of the Adafruit ssd1306 driver example. Also the screen is rather dimm. I also tried using U8glib library, no luck either. I found other oleds for a much lower price that work flawlessly. Had to bin those two, another £12 down the drain. Very disappointed. edit 2020-05-28: immediately after writing my review, Sophia from customer services contacted me and offered to send me replacements. The replacements arrived only 2 days later and work flawlessly! I am very happy now, as I also have positive experiences with other MakerHawk products.

Great display..nice and clear easy to use with correct library...

This screen took a while to get working the way I had hoped it's not the easiest to work with but it does depend on the sketches and license types you need to adhere to. Other screen formats seem easier to obtain non GPL sketches for use with 32u4 MCUs. It functioned okay but the glass overhangs the edge and is unsupported this proved less than robust with the corner cracking fairly easily. This severed part of the interface and a few of the lines were damaged as a result. If fully mounted I'm sure this would be a non event but as a prototype this proved a set back. The price was mediocre as the unit cost can be dramatically reduced if bought in a multipack without the cables and the cables can be sourced cheaper seperately also. I'll likely buy another few screens but opt for better value offerings in future.

This is a really neat little display with a large set of library functions making it relatively easy to generate all sorts of outputs. Plenty on-line tutorials available to show you how it’s done. Just bear in mind the display is tiny. Really small!

J’ai commandé une coque et l’écran pour mon raspberry pi 4b chez ce vendeur. La boîtier marche parfaitement, pourtant l’écran ne marche pas du tout. En plus, en dos de l’écran, c’est très sale, il y a plein de tâches qui me semblent des résine ou cire. Je suis vraiment déçu de cet écran... Update : le SAV m’a renvoyé un nouveau écran, là il fonctionne ! Donc finalement une expérience satisfait !

je suis tomber sur un écran défectueux , il est détecter mais ne s'allume pas , est d'après ce que je vois dans les commentaires je ne suis pas le seul... donc vérifier avant d'envoyer ça évitera des avis défavorable pour votre entreprise.
