This mouth guard works really well. It's easy to mold and fits my mouth good. It's not too bulky and fits comfortably.

My son is in mma and needed a new mouth piece. This one worked fine but it was a little on the bigger side. I had to boil it twice in order to get the mold right. Overall very durable and good quality

My wife is a severe tooth grinder. How severe? She has had to have a had plastic dental bite guard replaced and she has broken crowns! Yeah, that’s some serious money. I thought that I would get one of these and try let her try it. So far, it is working better than a bite guard from the dentist and we will have to wait and see how her crowns fare, but with the thickness of this mouth guard, there is no way her teeth can grind against each other. Will it withstand her abuse? Time will tell on that, but she is very happy with it so far. We followed the fitting instructions to the letter and are very happy.

Fitting instructions were clear and worked alright - though took a few tries. Looks like it will be useful for teeth grinding and sports.

My son is a hight school football player. He has gone through several different mouthguards. This one is his favorite so far. It was easy to shape to his mouth. Uses it every day.

I got this for my hockey playing 15 yr old son and he said that it's not as comfortable as several other mouth guards that he's used before.

We've tried this product for a young adult that does taekwondo and it takes time to adjust to it. It's pretty thick and the grooves make it a little difficult and uncomfortable to use compared to a mouthguard without grooves. I can definitely see this providing "best" inclass type of protection for your mouth given how thick it is.

I got this since I was planning on doing some sparring sessions with my friend. He has wanted to teach me BJJ for a while. Fitting it was a little awkward and didnt feel right. The instructions were a bit unclear but I asked my friend and he helped me position it better. So far it seems like the product is working well. When I bite down hard my teeth dont feel the grinding your teeth kind of pain. Its held up the last few sessions so we will see how far it goes but for now it works well.

Disappointed with this, I ordered two as I wanted a slightly better mouthguard then the ones I had already. I couldn't get a good fit on either of the ones I bought. The tray you place the mouthguard in is shorter then the actual mouthguard, so when you actually press down your jaw in the mouthguard whilst in the tray, it creates an angle so the back teeth are securely fitted in mouth guard because they got no pressure from the tray.
