The fan looks too close to the light bulb, does the fan blow into the box or suck air out? Not sure about this dehydrator.

Easy to build and start

Made my 1st batch of Biltong, very nice. Easy to assemble. Unfortunately my bulb and fuse blow after about a day. Replaced fuse and bulb and completed the drying process. Easy to clean. Small amount of biltong spice included to get you going. My biltong cravings are for sure under control.
