I think this might be the best daily use brush I've ever owned in my life. I have long, straight hair, medium thickness, down to my hips, no texture. I have used all kinds of brushes and combs for my long hair; wet brush, boar bristle, you name it. I do not know how it is that I have never purchased a steel bristle brush, but this is a winner for sure. It feels so good to brush with and doesn't pull my strands. Comfortable to hold, easy to clean. It came with a little bag to cover the head, but I found that the bristles stick thru the bag, so I am using a different bag cover because this brush stays in my purse. Durability, look, and value all hit the mark with this one.

I have used wood bristle brushes for years. Eventually the bristles start pulling out of the rubber backing so a new brush is needed. When the most recent brush gave out I ran across this brush while searching Amazon.com. After careful consideration I decided to try this bamboo brush with steel bristles instead of purchasing another wood bristle brush. With the bamboo handle and steel bristles, this is an attractive brush. Apparently I am now not the only one wondering where this brush has been all those years!!?? This brush is a game changer. First of all there is no static when brushing. It feels better skimming over the scalp. While my scalp was not particularly itchy, it would occasionally act up a bit. That has totally stopped since I have begun to use this brush. Still another great reason to use this brush, there are minimum split off ends or strands of hair in the brush. To those who wonder about the round balls at the tips of the bristles, this is to keep the brush from scratching your scalp. Without the rounded points, I imagine the bristles would be quite uncomfortable. The final point is that this brush feels like a scalp massage. I love this brush and will be a future fan purchaser as well. In addition to being a great personal hair care item, it is offered at a good price: $14.99 at the time of this review. Great quality brush. I have very fine hair that tangles within seconds. After placing my detangling product this brush glides through with easy. The bristles are strong and do not give too much flex which is great because I have already noticed less hair falling out or breaking off. Super comfortable grip and it feels AMAZING on my scalp. I have officially tossed all my plastic crappy brushes. 10/10 item!

So far I really like this brush. My only criticism is I wish the brush was a little larger and weighed better. But cannot beat it for the price.

I love this hairbrush! I had always shied away from metal hairbrushes, because I thought it was bad for my hair, but it turns out I just hadn't ever used a high quality metal bristled brush. I love the scalp massage qualities this brush provides. It exfoliates and stimulates my hair follicles too. I'm not sure I'd go so far to say my hair feels fuller (not yet anyway), but after having used it for about month now, I can say that my fair feels healthier and silkier. Very durable yet lightweight too, so my arm doesn't get sore as quickly from brushing. For point of reference, I have fine, straight, non-color treated hair. I hope this review helps with your buying decision!

I have long straight asian hair. I bought my first one a few months ago and loved it so much I just got a 2nd one as a backup incase they stopped selling these brushes. I enjoy the metal bristles. They feel cooling on my scalp. I clean my brish a few times a month and so far the little round metal ends of the brushes have not come off or warped in anyway. It's light weight but sturdy. I love it more than some of the expensive brushes I've purchased over the years. Don't fall for the $100 snow fox "gua sha" hair brush with the gold plated bristles.

The bamboo handle looks nice and the brush massages the scalp well, but the steel bristles feel a bit stiff. It’s okay for normal use, but not very comfortable for sensitive scalp. Quality is average for the price.

I ordered this brush as I was having problems with static and it has definitely reduced the problem. The brush itself is excellent quality and its comes in a black & gold box if you wanted to give as a gift. The price is very competitive, I would highly recommend.
