As for powering the device, you can simply keep it plugged in 24/7 if it's never going to need to be moved, but in the event that you do need to move around - especially if you're working from home and there is suddenly a loud racket during an important call - then the internal, rechargeable 500mAh battery can easily last throughout a full day of work, and charging it is reasonably quick (thanks to small internal battery).

I bought this item in 2023 and have used it most days. For unknown reason the device had stopped working. However, when I contacted Tongveo they had informed that the product had 3 years guarantee and replaced it, delivering it the next day. Brilliant item and excellent customer service from Tongveo!

One aspect has been causing inconvenience: the startup voice notifications and other voice prompts. Specifically, when the speakerphone connects via Bluetooth or disconnects, it loudly announces these events. While I appreciate the informative nature of these notifications, they become problematic—especially at night when others are sleeping nearby. The repeated announcements disrupt the quiet environment and can be quite jarring.

Sound quality is not as expected, the larger version is better and the additional expense is well worth it.

Der konferenzlautsprecher kommt nebst Zubehör und Bedienungsanleitung bei euch an. Die Handhabung und Bedienung des Lautsprechers ist recht simpel und selbsterklärend, für eine kleine gesprächskonferenz und bestimmt eine gute Ergänzung, persönlich finde ich die Klangqualität nicht wirklich hervorragend, allerdings für diesen Preis kann man nichts negatives daran finden.
